Morning Hours 6.00am to 11.00am | Evening Hours 5.00pm to 8.00pm
Training Sessions 45 mins each | Online Sessions 30 mins each

Individual / Session Plan

A personal Individual / Session training has a beginning, middle and an end. We create a plan that will take my clients from Point A to Point B with achievable promises and results

Group Plan

We design a group Fitness session which properly challenges every single person at his or her own unique fitness level with appropriate exercises ensuring 100% participation and enjoyability

Family Plan

We focus highly for a family routine to be active together every day, plan meals together, motivate each other and encourage physical fitness in your kids
