Ashish Panchal has been working as a Fitness Consultant and Coach since 2009. He took to Nutrition since early days of his fitness enthusiasm and gradually he started studying and reading more about Nutrition. He got his Fitness Trainer Certification from ISSA, USA (International Sports Science Association) and also in Human Kinesiology, Physiology, etc. He realised that Nutrition is more important during training and overall fitness goals because right on nutrition provides base for one’s recovery and also performance. He decided to study further on nutrition and selected Sports Nutrition requirements. He got Certified by American College of Sports & Medicine, USA for Sports Nutrition Exam with remarkable score of 82%. With a robust academic base of fitness and sports nutrition, he has been working as a Nutrition and Lifestyle Consultant.

  • MBA in Sports Management from IMET PUNE (Certified Fitness Trainer ISSA, USA)
  • Certified Sports Nutritionist (ACSM, USA)
  • Currently Pursing Diploma in Nutrition and Health Education from Delhi University (IGNOU)
